Founded in 1989, and WBE-certified for NYC and NJ, Marido Industries, Inc. is a woman-owned and family-operated company whose mission is to serve the tri-state area's commercial real estate industry with innovative and highly effective insulation products and services, each custom-built to meet the required needs of mechanical rooms systems. For over 35 years the company has been designing mechanical room insulation solutions and applying them with our team of expert installers.

In many cases we are hired directly by commercial real estate facility management firms. Other times we are hired as subcontractors by some of NYC's most prestigious mechanical contracting companies. In fact, Marido was instrumental in subterranean recovery and rebuild of NYC's transit infrastructure after Superstorm Sandy flooded mechanical rooms across the city.

Ms. Margaret Pizzone has been owner/operator of Marido Industries since its inception. Headquartered in Rutherford, NJ, Ms. Pizzone oversees business operations from a 5,000 square foot facility that that includes offices for a dozen employees and garages for a fleet of delivery trucks that routinely make their install and maintenance rounds in and around NYC everyday.
